Recruiter Suite Privacy Policy General Recruiter Suite (“we” or “our”), the sponsor of the web site www.RecruiterSuite.com (the “Site”), is a division of New England Marketing N.A. LP., located at 10 Cornerstone Drive, North Easton, Massachusetts. You will also be asked to choose a unique username and password, which will be used solely for the purpose of providing access to your Recruiter Suite Account. Your name and email address will be used to inform you regarding new services, new releases, upcoming events, information about our partners and sponsors, and changes in this Privacy Policy or our Terms of Use. You must be 18 years old to be approved for a Recruiter Suit account. Account Usage Details Your Account Usage Details, such as time, frequency, duration and pattern of use, features used and the amount of storage used, will be recorded by us in order to enhance your experience of the Site and its offerings. Contents of Your Account We store and maintain files, documents, to-do lists, emails and other data stored in your Account at our facilities in the United States or any other country. Use of Recruiter Suite Services signifies your consent to such transfer of your data both within and outside of your country. In order to minimize loss of data due to errors or system failures, we also keep backup copies of data including the contents of your Account. Hence, your files and data may remain on our servers even after deletion or termination of your Account. Please appreciate that the contents of your Account will not be accessible to employees of Recruiter Suite, nor intentionally disclosed to anyone, except as expressly provided herein, and that we do not process the contents of your Account for serving targeted advertisements. Visitor Details We use the Internet Protocol address, browser type, browser language, referring URL, files accessed, errors generated, time zone, operating system and other visitor details collected in our log files to analyze the trends, administer the websites, track visitor's movements and to improve our website. Correcting/Updating Personal Inforamtion If you wish to correct, update or remove any personal data in your Member Profile, you may do so at any time by using the Account Information page.
